Change ticket

 

You can change the travel date on most tickets, and route changes are also often possible. Change of travel date or route is always dependent on availability.

We normally need your request minimum 72 hours before your original departure date. If you send your request during weekends the deadline is 96 hours prior to departure.

  • Fill out the request form below for making either a date or a route change 
  • For the ticket change service KILROY will charge a fee of EUR 50. If we are not able to change your ticket, the amount will be transferred back to your account. Depending on the airline and conditions of the ticket you are holding, KILROY may have to collect an extra airline fee after receiving your request. We will inform you by mail if this is the case. 
  • If seats are available within the requested time frame, your ticket will be changed and your original KILROY reservation will be cancelled automatically. You will receive a confirmation by email, with your new booking. If seats are only available for an extra airline fee, we will ask for your acceptance and payment by email prior to making the change

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A REQUEST FOR A CHANGE - NOT THE ACTUAL CHANGE. UNTIL YOU HEAR FROM US YOUR EXISTING TICKET IS STILL VALID.

Terms and Conditions

After filling out the request form and entering your card details, KILROY travels will reserve DKK 375/SEK 510/NOK 440/EUR 50 per person on your account.

If we are not able to change your date within the requested time frame, the amount will be transferred back to your account within a few days.

If KILROY has to charge you an extra fee you will receive a payment link by email. By using this link you will accept the extra payment for being rebooked within the requested time frame.

If more than one person in the same booking wish to be rebooked they must be added to the request by clicking "Add Passenger". Only the passengers whose name is on the request will have their booking changed.

This is a request and not the actual change. Until you hear from us again your existing ticket is still valid.
